Yerba Mate Energy Bites

1/2 cup rolled oats

5 medjool dates

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

1/2 cup raw cashews

1 tsp ground Argentinian Yerba Mate powder

1/4 cup tahini

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup almond butter


Add all ingredients to a high power blender or food processor.
Blend on low until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Scrape sides as needed.
Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
