Yerba Mate Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Argentinian Yerba Mate

12 oz of water

1 banana

1 cup of your favorite berries, such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries

1/4 tsp honey (optional for sweetness)

1/4 cup of almond milk (optional to make creamier)

Instructions

1.
Combine Argentinian Yerba Mate tea leaves with water in a glass and cover.
2.
Leave in refrigerator overnight for tea to cold brew.
3.
Strain the leaves and put the remaining tea in a blender.
4.
Add all additional ingredients and blend until smooth.
5.
Drink up and enjoy!
