Iced Yerba Mate Horchata

From Bit by a Fox


4 oz Argentinian Yerba Mate tea, cooled

2 oz unsweetened almond milk

1/2 oz cinnamon honey syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Garnish: cinnamon or cinnamon stick


Shake all ingredients over ice until nice and frothy.
Pour into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
Add 1 oz of spiced rum to enjoy as a rich cocktail.
