Pumpkin Chia Pudding with Argentine Yerba Mate and Spiced Yogurt Whip

Ingredients

1/3 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup brewed Argentinian Yerba Mate

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup pumpkin

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Brew Argentinian Yerba Mate and allow to cool.

Mix chia seeds, Argentinian Yerba Mate, milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl or jar and chill overnight.
3.
In the morning, portion pudding into two glasses.
4.
Mix yogurt with maple, cinnamon, and vanilla and dollop on top of chia pudding.
