Strawberry Yerba Mate Popsicles



1 Tbsp loose leaf Argentinian Yerba Mate

3/4 cup boiling water

2 cups whole hulled strawberries, fresh or frozen, preferably organic

1/2 lime, juiced

2 Tbsp raw honey, plus more if desired

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


Brew the Argentinian Yerba Mate in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain the tea leaves and allow to cool slightly.
Place the brewed tea and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth, taste for sweetness and add more honey, if desired.
Pour into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
