Yerba Mate Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup of cold brewed Argentinian Yerba Mate

1 apple, cut up

1 container of yogurt (I use dairy-free)

1/2 avocado, cut up

Handful of leafy greens

A few shakes of cinnamon

Granola

Instructions

1.
Blend all ingredients together, minus the granola, until smooth.
2.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle granola (and maybe some cinnamon and a drizzle of nut butter) on top.
